Last day of school.

Yesterday we had the graduation ceremony. It was really very, very sweet. Amazingly I managed not to cry (esp. during the video where they showed each child growing from infant to preschool graduate). They were very adorable and so proud of themselves. The school was at least smart and hand delivered their certificates to the parents on Wednesday. The kids just got a rolled up piece of paper at the ceremony so that the certificates wouldn't get messed up.

Today is the last day of preschool. Just a fun day of games and outside time. Felix is excited about all the games and stuff, but doesn't really seem phased by the fact that it is the last day. Of course he has a lot to look forward to this summer, too.

Aww, i almost cried just reading that :)
Kids don't seem to get the nostalgia bit until they're not kids anymore; instead, they tend to focus on looking ahead (e.g. summer games!). I bet we could learn some things from them...
