Ten on Tuesday...

It's been a while, I know.... I'm a lax blogger these days.... Here's a quick Ten on Tuesday for what's been going on in March--completley random order....
1. It's raining.... again..... It's better than a drought, but I'm a little over it.
2. This one has turned into the most precocious and complicated two year old on the planet. Oh, and completley regressed on the whole potty training thing...

3. The first grade mini musical was last week. Our favorite part was the paper plate dance... too funny! (Felix is on the back row... big suprise, right?)

4. We took a little trip over spring break to see Dad (Papaw). It was muddy, muddy, muddy from all the rain so we couldn't ride scooters and shoes had to be washed multiple times... but it was fun!! And we scored lots of home grown good groceries :)

5. We spent the rest of spring break finishing this project. It took way longer than we really thought it was going to.... Partly because we had to stop and rethink the color (the first one... well, it was really really bad!). Very happy with the final results!!

6. We finally managed to get the kids picture taken after baseball conflicts cancelled our first one and snow on our 2nd attempt for pictures!

7. Painting has become a full contact sport that requires both the child and the tub to be scrubbed clean afterward....

8. I just love this little pouty bubble blowing mouth. When it hasn't been raining we have been trying to get outside as much as possible... Which means lots of bubble blowing and playing with chalks and balls.

9. After many, many rain delays and cancelled practices, we FINALLY played our first baseball game last night. The Diamondbacks won 7 to 6 with a homerun smash at the bottom of the last inning. Felix hit the ball his first time up to bat, though he got tagged out (that did NOT make him happy). It's our first baseball season, and in fact our first baseball game... so it's a whole new world and he's having fun learning the drills and where he should be when, etc. The coaches have been great!

10. Lots of interruptions later I have a post ready to go out. Now it's time to get breakfast and kids dressed and off to school!!

If you lived closer your girls & Jilli would be perfect playmates & Felix & Tyler could be baseball buddies!!!! You're doing all the same things we are!!

LOVE the bedroom!!
