What an absolutley fun and relaxing day! Lots of sunshine (Felix's freckles on his forhead proved that!), and time outside. Eight kids, a few adults that thought they were kids, and a big trampoline. LOTS of laughs. And a trip fishing. By trip I mean we walked across the yard to the pond and threw in a line. Felix and Lily's first experience with a fishing pole. Lily's pole didn't have a hook, but she loved holding it just the same. The funniest moment was when she asked to hold a cricket like all of the other (bigger) kids were. I don't think she expected it to be alive because when it started crawling up her arm she kinda freaked! Felix caught two fish that afternoon, which was incredibly exciting for a six year old!
