Potty training, ear infections and computer issues

I know I still owe everyone an update from spring break, and lots and lots of pictures! It's been a crazy week here already and it's only half over.

Clara started draining green goo from her right ear again on Sunday. So Monday morning we were at the peds office getting more antibiotics for her. And now we start the wait all over again for checking to make sure her eardrum heals ok. Luckily, this time it will line up with her 15 mo. checkup next month.

Lily is potty training. Monday afternoon after watching "Potty time Elmo" she declared she wanted "big girl underwear". So we bit the bullet and now we are on our second full day of Lily in underwear. (My enthusiasm for this process is very low. But I guess at some point it must be done, so it might as well be now). All in all it hasn't gone too badly. Accidents, of course. But she is starting to make some connections with what is going on and she is very proud of herself when she does make it to the potty. Though I think she is quite annoyed with me for being to "in the way". I mean, I follow her basically everywhere with my nagging.

And lastly, for some reason, blogger doesn't want to let me post the photo essay I made of our spring break photos. I have no idea why, but it's something I'll have to work on. May turn out that I just have to do another slide show (I'm sure you guys are sick of those by now!). But it is something that will require my attention later. Right now things like the grocery list take priority. We still haven't gone since we've gotten back and I have a feeling if I serve the kids another cheese sandwhich for dinner there will be a revolt of some kind.
