Ballet

The past few weeks have been about getting into some sort of routine. Swimming started the same time as school, but that means that the next few weeks all the other activities get started. Today it was dance class. It was a big deal because it was Clara's first chance to take ballet. Lily is an "old hat" by now. Both girls were so excited to be get dressed up in their leotards and go have fun with their friends and teacher. Here's a few photos of our little ballerinas!

Clara's class is first-- I just love how their teacher works to teach them balance as a ballerina. The goal was to walk on demi-point from one side of the room to the other without dropping their animals...that's quite an accomplishment for a bunch of wiggly 3 year olds.

And this last picture is just because it makes me laugh.. The energy, the bounce, the enthusiasm, and fact that it is SO Clara--one speed-- ON... right up to the point of impact.
