The summer wrap up...

WOW--It's kinda hard to believe that summer is over. I mean, didn't we just get out of school? And now here we are 10 weeks later--and it's officially the last day of summer vacation. We've had a lot of fun and done a lot of stuff. I think they are all ready to go back to school-- I'm not sure I'm ready to face the insanity of the school and sports schedule, it's here now-- so BRING IT ON!

Meet "Lumpy"-- Clara named this nesting chicken while we were visiting Nana and Papaw Ray.

Very cool carousel rides on our trip to MS...

Felix learned how to do freestyle and started working on butterfly strokes...

We rode a camel...

And swam-- a lot!

Rainbow pudding pops... and homemade lemonade and snowcone syrup...

Eclipse night!! Nuf said!!

Pushed the mower for the first time...

Made superhero capes and all sorts of other crafts...

Baked and created all sorts of yummy goodness...

Ate Gelato for the first time...

And of course, hit the sand...

Tomorrow Felix starts 3rd grade!! WOW! Wednesday the girls go back to preschool. The days continue to move too fast-- but we are loving every single moment!
