Our little ballerina...

Lily had her first ever ballet recital this past weekend...


For a little girl that is not much about the primping/girly girl stuff, she was all about getting dressed up and doing her hair and makeup...


This years recital theme was "Children of the World". Lily's class was France. (They are on the back row in the group picture)


And for a little girl that is often shy, she shines as a performer.. she's been amazingly not shy in all her school programs this year, and during recital she didn't even flinch at the full aditorium and having the stage all to herself...

At the end of recital all she could talk about was how much fun it was, how she can't wait to be able to dance like the bigger kids, and of course about the flowers her brother gave her after her performance.
