Meet my new love...I really love to cook, to try new recipes, to bake and to be creative in the kitchen.
I've been wanting one of these pretty much since Paul and I married (almost 12 years ago). My last gas stove was in our newlywed apartment on the college campus-- everywhere we've been since has been electric... until this past week-- it took several days of eating takeout to get all the electrical and gas components set in place to get this beauty hooked up, but it is here now and I AM IN LOVE!
I'm not sure how on earth I ever survived this long without that magic 5th burner griddle pan.
Suffice it to say we are eating lots of pancakes, french toast and grilled cheese. Any excuse to use the griddle!
And the baking possibilities-- convection ovens are a dream! Forget the holiday 5 lb gain-- let's talk about the summer 10 lb. gain that is threatening us now.
