Can personality analysis be done on how your children decorate their pumpkins? Some of you have heard of these little gems, but I'll let the rest of you guess who made which one. The one with the eyes on it I find particularly disturbing :).

And of course, this past weekend we hit some pumpkins to pick out ones for the front porch... No patch this year, just couldn't get it together to get out there. But at the local Whole Foods Grocery store they had this massive mound of the orange orbs... I just love pictures of mounds of pumpkins....

And Lily and Clara exploring them... well, Clara was trying to run away, but she was there having fun.

But then... Lily found the "Cinderella" pumpkins... and she just HAD to have one. So we ended up with one of these and then two orange carving ones.

You will notice that there are no photos of Felix in the pumpkin mounds. He and Paul were on a trip to MS to pick up Paul's old bunk beds. Even with my widest angle lens on I can't really get a good picture of his room now, but you get the general idea... those brown things in the left corner, that's the end of the bunk beds.... Quite the big kid/"tween" room he has going now. I'm changing out the curtains as soon as I can find a quilt that I like to put on his beds. Just want to make sure it all matches :).

Clara on a mission this morning... she was determined that somewhere in that basket of snacks were "incesses" (code for princess fruit chews). Poor thing... we are all out, so she had to settle for eating one of those many granola bars she pulled out.

And last but not least... 3 goofy little kiddos with smiles and silly poses. Let it be known that Mommy managed to stand in the middle of an ant bed while trying to get this photo. A lesson to all that you should really look where you are stepping before you start backing up...
Clara's surgery to put in tubes is tomorrow morning. We have to report to the outpatient center at 7:30am. I'll post after we are back home and let you know how things are going.
