Fun in the Sun!

It's been a busy week of swimming! Felix started lessons Monday and is doing great! His form has a ways to go yet, but he's putting forth great effort and improving a lot. One of the big perks for the girls is that when lessons are over the pool opens and we can all go swim for a while. So that's what we have been doing each morning this week and they are loving it! Meanwhile, I get to work on my tan a little :)

It's hard to believe that summer is half over!! We ordered Felix his first backpack the other night. He's really excited about first grade and that he gets to carry a backpack. I wonder if his excitement will wane a little when he remembers that he will have homework every night? And Lily can't wait for her school to start either. I think Clara might be at a bit of a loss being on her own with Momma two mornings a week. I'm sure we will have some fun together though!
